    The olefin thermoplastic elastomer of the invention has an islands-sea structure, in which the average particle diameter of the islands phases is not more than 2µm, and has a gel fraction ranging from 0.5 to 15% by weight and a quantity of heat of melt at a temperature of 125°C or below, as measured in a different scanning calorimeter (DSC), of 40% or more of the total quantity of heat of melt. The olefin thermoplastic elastomer can be obtained by melt blending in the presence of a crosslinking agent of a specific amount a blend that contains specific amounts of: a high density polyethylene having a density of 0.940g/cm3 or more, or a crystalline ethylene polymer having a crystallinity determined by a DSC method of 10% or more and a density of less than 0.940g/cm3, an ethylene/α-olefin(/non-conjugated polyene) copolymer rubber comprising ethylene, an α-olefin of 3 to 20 carbon atoms and optionally a non-conjugated polyene, and a polypropylene. The molded product of the invention is constructed by bonding, preferably hot melt bonding the above thermoplastic elastomer to a molded product of a vulcanized rubber. According to the present invention, there can be provided a thermoplastic elastomer capable of forming a molded product that can be bonded to a vulcanized rubber (substrate) with sufficient bonding strength without an adhesive layer to allow for destruction by body rupture, a thermoplastic elastomer excellent in moldability and economic efficiency that can form a light molded product having a hardness and a rubber elasticity sufficient for a thermoplastic elastomer, a process for production thereof, and a molded product constructed by melt bonding either of the elastomers to a vulcanized rubber.

    [Objective] Provided is a lump that is suitable to be used with rubber and compounding agents in producing rubber products with low hardness, of which an uniform kneaded product can be quickly obtained while kneading to produce rubber products, and that does not easily change its shape even when stored for a long period of time. [Solution] A lump includes 100 parts by mass of ethylene copolymer (X) which includes a structural unit derived from ethylene [A], a structural unit derived from α-olefin [B] having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, and a structural unit derived from at least one component [C] selected from the group consisting of (c-1) polyene and (c-2) cyclic olefin, and which satisfies (1) to (3) below, and 750 to 2,000 parts by mass of plasticizer (Y); wherein (1) the structural unit derived from ethylene [A] represents 50 to 90 mol% in 100 mol% of a total of the structural unit derived from component [A], the structural unit derived from component [B], and the structural unit derived from component [C] in copolymer (X), (2) the structural unit derived from component [C] represents 1.0 to 5.0 mol% in 100 mol% of a total of the structural unit derived from component [A], the structural unit derived from component [B], and the structural unit derived from component [C] in copolymer (X), and (3) an intrinsic viscosity [η] of ethylene copolymer (X) measured in a decalin solution of 135°C is 7.8 to 13.0 dl/g.

    The invention relates to a method of preparing an intermediate rubber composite and to the intermediate rubber composite thus obtainable. In accordance with the invention, polyethylene glycol (PEG) and slow or semi-fast vulcanization accelerator are added to and mixed with a rubber component prior to the addition of filler. The present invention further relates to a method of preparing a vulcanizable rubber composite, involving the method of preparing an intermediate rubber composite, and to the vulcanizable rubber composite thus obtainable. The present invention yet further relates to a method of producing a cured rubber article, by producing a vulcanizable rubber composite in accordance with the invention and curing the vulcanizable rubber composite. Finally, the present invention concerns the cured rubber article, which is preferably a tire or tire component.

    A crosslinking agent which is based on an aluminate complex salt of a hydroxyl group-containing organic compound, which crosslinks a carboxy group and a nitrile group. When the crosslinking agent is added to a carboxy group-denatured NBR latex, gloves having flexibility and a strength comparable to those of natural rubber gloves can be manufactured. Furthermore, the excellent creep resistance is a big characteristic. Moreover, unlike normal sulfur vulcanization gloves, the gloves do not contain sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator, and do not necessarily require addition of zinc oxide.
