2-d]pyrimidine. 7-Azido-9-(methylsulfanyl)-4-(propan-2-yl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-cyclopenta[4′,5′]pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[3,2-d]-pyrimidine has been found to exist in solution as a mixture of azido and tetrazole tautomers, whereas only its tetrazole form is present in the crystalline state.
由7-氯-9-(甲基硫烷基)-4-(丙烷-2-基)-2,3-二氢-1H-环戊基合成了新的7-氨基,7-叠氮基和7-烷基硫基衍生物[4] ′,5′]吡啶[3′,2′:4,5]噻吩并[3,2- d ]嘧啶。7-叠氮基-9-(甲基硫烷基)-4-(丙烷-2-基)-2,3-二氢-1 H-环戊基[4',5']吡啶[3',2':4,5]噻吩并已经发现[3,2- d ]-嘧啶以叠氮基和四唑互变异构体的混合物形式存在于溶液中,而仅其四唑形式以结晶状态存在。
