  用乙氧基羰基异氰酸酯处理2-烷基氨基嘧啶（1）和（2），得到无环脲衍生物，即3-烷基-1-乙氧基羰基-3-（2-嘧啶基）脲（3）和（4），其环化为1-烷基-4- oxopyrimido- [1,2一] -小号在回流的-三嗪-1-鎓-2- olates（6）和（7）p二甲苯。通过光谱分析和另一种合成方法得到结构证明，其中（1）和（2）与苯氧羰基异氰酸酯反应。
