细胞培养是指在人工控制条件下对离体的动物或植物细胞进行生长、繁殖和维持的过程。这一技术广泛应用于生物医药、生物工程以及基础研究等领域。

主要步骤

  3. 细胞接种与培养条件设置
    • 温度控制(一般为37℃);
    • 气体环境调控(如95%空气和5%二氧化碳);
    • 酸碱度调整(pH值通常维持在7.2-7.4之间)。
  4. 监测与维护:定期观察细胞生长状态,必要时补充营养物质或更换培养基。
