    本发明公开了一种制备Ulotaront及其对映异构体的手性拆分方法,涉及化学药物技术领域,具体工艺如下步骤:将(5,7‑二氢‑4H‑噻吩并[2,3‑c]吡喃‑7‑基)‑N‑甲基甲胺溶于溶剂中,加入L‑酒石酸成盐,过滤,得到粗品加入溶剂升温回流溶清,室温下析晶,过滤得到(S)‑(5,7‑二氢‑4H‑噻吩并[2,3‑c]吡喃‑7‑基)‑N‑甲基甲胺L‑酒石酸盐,碱游离,成盐酸盐得到Ulotaront。本方法拆分收率34.2%,提高了Ulotaront的拆分收率,操作上更容易,适用于工业生产。
