  The Ni atom in the title compound, [Ni(C2H5OCS2)(2)(C11H6N2O)], has a distorted octahedral environment defined by two chelating xanthate anions and one chelating 4,5-diazafluoren-9-one ligand. The Ni-S bond lengths range from 2.3882(7) to 2.4330(8) Angstrom and the two Ni-N bond lengths are 2.151(2) and 2.182 (2) Angstrom.
