An efficient method for the catalytic thiomethylation of regioisomeric aminobenzamides with bis(N,N-dimethylamino)methane (formaldehyde) and H2S (Na2S · 9H2O, NaHS) leading to acyclic S-containing aminobenzamide derivatives or N,S-heterocycles has been developed.
用双(N,N-二甲基氨基)甲烷(甲醛)和H 2 S(Na 2 S·9H 2 O,NaHS)催化区域异构氨基苯甲酰胺的硫代甲基化的有效方法,从而得到无环含S的氨基苯甲酰胺衍生物或N,S -杂环已经被开发。
