鸡蛋白溶菌酶在25°C下与过量的DFP反应,并在pH值9.5到11.0的范围内进行。分析表明酪氨酸的羟基发生了烷基磷酸化,还有一些其他氨基酸残基也被磷酸化了。在菠萝蛋白酶、高木-淀粉酶A和木瓜蛋白酶中也得到了类似的结果。

OBTAINED WITH STEM BROMELAIN, TAKA-AMYLASE A, & PAPAIN.
