  A regiospecific method is proposed for synthesis of N'-phosphonatodiazene-N-oxides, a previously unknown type of phosphorus-nitrogen -oxygen systems in which the diazene oxide group is bound with a phosphorus atom, it consists of the reaction of nitroso compounds with amidophosphates in the presence of dibromoisocyanurate.
