摘要:
The bidentate ligand (CH3)2PCH2CH2CH2P(CH3)2 [DMPP = 1,3-bis-(dimethylphosphino)propane] was an unexpected product arising from the photochemical addition of dimethylphosphine to triallylphosphine. Addition of FeCl2 afforded the corresponding dichloride complex trans-Fe(DMPP)2Cl2 which was partially reduced to the cis-hydrochloride complex Fe(DMPP)2HCl and then to the cis-dihydride complex Fe(DMPP)2H2. The properties of Fe(DMPP)2Cl2, Fe(DMPP)2HCl and Fe(DMPP)2H2, including the X-ray structure of trans-Fe(DMPP)2Cl2, are reported.
