    A resin composition comprising a poly-1-butene polymer and at least one hindered phenol selected from the group consisting of (a) 3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzoates of the following formula wherein R represents an alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms or an aryl group having 6 to 18 carbon atoms, (b) 1,3, 5-trimethyl-2, 4, 6-tris (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl) benzene, (c) 1, 3, 5-tris (4-tert-butyl-3-hydroxy-2, 6-di-methylbenzyl) isocyanurate, (d) tris (3, 5-di- tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl)-isocyanurate, (e) n-octadecyl -3- (3,5-di- tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate, (f) a nickel salt of a monoethyl ester of bis (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl- phosphonic acid), (g) 2, 2'-dihydroxy-3, 3'-di(a-methylcyclohexyl)-5, 5'-di-methyl-diphenylmethane, (h) 4, 4'-thiobis (3-methyl-6-tert-butyl-phenol), (i) 1, 1, 3-tris (2-methyl-4-hydroxy-5-tert-butyl-phenyl) butane, (j) tetrakis [methylene-3-(3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-phenyl) propionate] methane, and (k) 4,4'-methylene-bis(2,6-di-tert-butyl-phenol), and further optionally, at least one compound selected from the group consisting of (1) 2,6-tert-butyl-p-cresol, (m) tris (2, 4-di-tert-butyl-phenol) phosphite, and (n) tocopherol.

    An object of the present invention is to provide a resin composition which hardly makes the resulting molded article cloudy even when a heating temperature at molding is higher, as well as a resin film obtained by molding the composition and a stretched film obtained by stretching the resin film, and there is provided a resin composition comprising a methacrylic resin and an aromatic polycarbonate resin, wherein the methacrylic resin is a resin obtained by polymerizing a monomer component comprising 59 to 90% by weight of methyl methacrylate, 10 to 40% by weight of a (meth)acrylic acid ester represented by formula (1), and 0.4 to 0.8% by weight of an alkyl alkylate, based on 100% by weight of the total of the monomer component, a weight average molecular weight of the aromatic polycarbonate resin is 20,000 to 40,000, and the content of the methacrylic resin is 50 to 95 parts by weight, and the content of the aromatic polycarbonate resin is 5 to 50 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the total of the methacrylic resin and the aromatic polycarbonate resin.

    The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition, a method of preparing the same, and a molded article including the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition including 20 to 42 % by weight of a polyester resin (A); 20 to 32 % by weight of a vinyl cyanide compound-conjugated diene compound-aromatic vinyl compound graft copolymer (B); and 30 to 48 % by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound copolymer (C), a method of preparing the thermoplastic resin composition, and a molded article including the thermoplastic resin composition. The present invention has an effect of providing a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent environmental stress cracking (ESC), processability, injection moldability, injection stability, and economics while maintaining mechanical properties, thermal stability, and friction noise resistance equal or superior to those of conventional heat-resistant ABS resin compositions; and thus being suitable for automotive interior materials, a method of preparing the thermoplastic resin composition, and a molded article including the thermoplastic resin composition.
