制备方法与用途

化学性质：黄色粉末。

用途：分散黄 BR 适用于涤纶及其混纺织物的染色和印花。

生产方法：以 2,6-二氯-4-硝基苯胺和 N,N-二氰乙基苯胺为原料，首先将前者重氮化，再与后者偶合即得产物。经过滤、研磨、干燥后得到成品。

具体步骤如下：

1. 在重氮化锅中加入 98% 硫酸，并降温至 10℃以下。
2. 慢慢加入已烘干粉碎的亚硝酸钠，加毕升温至 70℃，保持30分钟。
3. 随后降温至 0-10℃，缓慢加入 2,6-二氯-4-硝基苯胺，继续搅拌反应 4 小时，得到重氮液。各反应物的投料配比为：2,6-二氯-4-硝基苯胺 : 硫酸 : 亚硝酸钠 = 1 : 1.5 : 1.03（物质的量比）。
4. 将重氮液以细流状加入其 2 倍质量的碎冰中稀释，随后慢慢加入已溶于 40% 硫酸中的 N,N-二氰乙基苯胺，维持温度在 5-10℃之间，并继续搅拌 10 小时。
5. 加毕后升温至 50-55℃搅拌 5 小时以上，然后进行压滤、水洗至中性即得产物。
