The microwave spectra of SiF3CN and SiF3NC have been measured in gaseous mixtures generated in situ from the reaction of SiF3X (X = I, Br) with AgCN. The species have been identified by complete structural determination via detailed isotopic substitution. The zero-point average structure of SiF3CN was determined to be: SiC = 1.828(3), CN = 1.152(1), and SiF = 1.551(3) Å, and FSiF = 109.8(1)°. For
