制备方法与用途

用途

1. 在纤维织物纺丝加工中，磷酸酯作为乳化稳定剂尤其重要，尤其是在高碱度条件下。它也是合成纤维油剂的重要组成部分之一。

2. 磷酸酯在造纸、塑料和皮革工业中有阻止静电堆积和促进静电快速放电的功能，因此广泛用作抗静电剂，适用于高疏水和高亲水系统。此外，磷酸酯具有广泛的抗酸、抗碱、抗盐能力，在皮革加工中的铬鞣或铬复鞣中能均匀分布铬盐，并使铬盐与革结合，展现出优异的“加脂”效果。

3. 在能源和建材领域，磷酸酯作为汽车及车用燃料添加剂能够提高油品燃烧值并降低能源消耗。在聚合材料中用作稳定剂，可用于制备磷酸酯玻璃，并适用于处理碳酸钙等填料的偶联剂。
