    两个非天然氟化的2-N-乙酰氨基糖核苷酸,尿苷5'-二磷酸(UDP)2-乙酰氨基-2,4-二脱氧-4-氟-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖(UDP-4-FGlcNAc)1及其半乳糖异构体(UDP-4-FGalNAc)2,是通过在尿苷存在下用UDP 2-乙酰氨基-2-脱氧-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶处理化学合成的氟化2-N-乙酰氨基糖1-磷酸作为供体而酶促构建的5'-三磷酸(UTP)。
