  A flame-retarded thermoplastic resin composition is provided which is excellent in its workability, heat resistance, humidity resistance, mechanical strength and flame retardance. The composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin, from 1 to 50 parts by weight of an aromatic orthophosphate ester of formula (I) which is solid at normal temperature (25°C), and from 1 to 50 parts by weight of a nitrogen-containing compound. In formula (I) each of R1, R2, and R3 is independently hydrogen or an alkyl group having from 1 to 8 carbon atoms provided that R1, R2 and R3 are not simultaneously hydrogen.

  (EN) The transportability of dry pulverized coal originating from raw coal having an average HGI of 30 or above can be improved by adhering an organic compound which has a polar group and is substantially water-soluble to the pulverized coal, examples of such an organic compound including anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, organic acids and salts thereof, and phenol compounds and salts thereof. The transportability of the pulverized coal is improved to enable the use of the coal as the fuel to be injected into a metallurgical furnace or combustion furnace. Further, the use of the compound prevents the occurance of hanging and channeling in a hopper and the choking of a pipeline.(FR) L'aptitude au transport d'un charbon pulvérisé sec obtenu d'un charbon brut présentant un indice de Hardgrove-Griding moyen de 30 ou plus peut être améliorée par adhésion d'un composé organique qui comporte un groupe polaire et qui est essentiellement soluble dans l'eau avec le charbon pulvérisé. Un tel composé organique peut être constitué par exemple de tensioactifs anioniques, de tensioactifs cationiques, de tensioactifs amphotères, d'acides et de sels organiques de ces tensioactifs et de composés et sels phénoliques de ces tensioactifs. L'aptitude au transport du charbon pulvérisé est améliorée pour permettre son utilisation comme combustible à injecter dans un foyer métallurgique ou un foyer de combustion. L'utilisation de ce composé prévient les phénomènes d'accrochage et de formation de canaux dans la trémie ainsi que le bourrage de la conduite.
