A new fluorogenic trimethyl lock quinone (TLQ) derivative, designated as the quencher‐TLQ‐fluorophore‐type probe (Q‐TLQ‐F), was developed for selective detection of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH).
