    摘要:
    Two series of phosphodiester ether lipid analogs with (N-methylmorpholino)ethyl or (N-methylpiperidino)ethyl polar head groups and long aliphatic or alkoxyethyl chains in the nonpolar portion of the molecule were synthesized as potential antineoplastic agents. The cytotoxic activity of these compounds (9-19) was evaluated in vitro against a panel of six human tumor xenografts and in two biochemical, mechanism-based screens (cdc2 kinase and cdc25 phosphatase). Analogs 13, 14, 17, and 19 showed activity in the in vitro tests. Specifically, 14 and 17 were more active than the reference compound hexadecylphosphocholine (Miltefosine, He-PC) while 13 and 19 possessed activity similar to that of the control. Of the analogs tested the one with the highest potency and least toxicity (17) has an N-methylpiperidino head group and a C-16 alkyl chain. In the mechanism-based tests 11 showed weak inhibitory activity in the cdc25 phosphatase screen.

    An optical filter ( 1 a ) includes a light-absorbing layer ( 10 ). The light-absorbing layer absorbs light in at least a portion of the near-infrared region. When light with a wavelength of 300 to 1200 nm is incident on the optical filter ( 1 a ) at an incident angle of 0°, the optical filter ( 1 a ) satisfies given requirements. When light with a wavelength of 300 to 1200 nm is incident on the optical filter ( 1 a ) at incident angles of 0°, 30°, 35°, and 40°, the optical filter ( 1 a ) satisfies given requirements related to a normalized spectral transmittance. The normalized spectral transmittance is determined by normalization of a spectral transmittance for each incident angle so that the maximum of the spectral transmittance for each incident angle in the wavelength range of 400 to 650 nm is 100%.

    In a conductive film forming method using photo sintering, a conductive film having low electric resistance is easily formed. Disclosed is a conductive film forming method in which a conductive film is formed using a photo sintering, which includes the steps of: forming a liquid film 2 made of a copper particulate dispersion on a substrate 1, drying the liquid film 2 to form a copper particulate layer 3, subjecting the copper particulate layer 3 to photo sintering to form a conductive film 4, attaching a sintering promoter 5 to the conductive film 4, and further subjecting the conductive film 4 having the sintering promoter 5 attached to photo sintering. The sintering promoter 5 is a compound which removes copper oxide from metallic copper. Thereby, the sintering promoter 5 removes a surface oxide film of copper particulates 21 in the conductive film 4.
