半胱氨酸类衍生物

一种脂肪族的含硫氨基酸。无色晶体,易溶于水、乙醇及氨水,在水中呈中性。在体内可以合成;2分子半胱氨酸可在中性或微碱性溶液中形成胱氨酸。它是谷胱甘肽的组成成分,其残基中的巯基是某些酶的重要组成部分。在肝脏中可生成牛磺酸。临床主要用于肝炎辅助治疗和解毒。
