This report describes the first example of a cycloaddition reaction of 1,3-oxazepine derivatives. 2-Phenyl-l,3-oxazepine (I) added thermally to 2,5-dimethyl-3,4-diphenylcyclopentadienone (II) to give [4+2] adducts IV and V.
