用途
用作媒染剂、纺织品的防火剂、增重剂,以及制造陶瓷、玻璃,并用于镀等。本品是碱性镀的主要盐类之一,与氢氧化钠组成的络盐溶解在镀溶液中。当溶液通电时,离子包含在阴络离子中,在阳极上直接还原。一般用量为75~90 kg/L,也可用于化物镀焦磷酸盐、酸盐、的电镀辅助主盐。此外,本品在印染行业中用作媒染剂和沉淀色素,并应用于陶瓷、玻璃及防火织物制造。

生产方法
将446 kg(99.5%)、320 kg(90%)苛性及105 kg(95%)硝酸钠依次加入反应锅中,加热至300 ℃。待温度升至800 ℃时停止加热,并继续搅拌直至物料发火。经0.5小时的发火后冷却出锅。将粗品加溶解,再加入过氧化氢。最后进行真空过滤、浓缩、离心脱并干燥粉碎得成品。
