    Novel macrocyclic molecules based on 12a-N substituted 16-membered azalides and azalactams as potential antifungal agents
    摘要:
    Novel macrocyclic molecules comprising sulfonyl and acyl moiety at the position N-12a of 16-membered azalides (6a-n) and azalactams (10a-r) scaffold were synthesized from cyclododecanone 1 as starting material via 5 steps and 4 steps, respectively. The antifungal activity of these compounds against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Pyricularia oryzae, Botlytis cinerea, Rhizoctonia solani and Phytophthora capsici were evaluated and found that compounds possessing alpha-exomethylene (6c, 6d, 6e and 6g) showed antifungal activity comparable to commercial fungicide Chlorothalonil against P. oryzae and compounds possessing p-chlorobenzoyl exhibited enhanced antifungal activity than those with other substituents against S. sclerotiorum, P. oryzae, and B. cinerea. These findings suggested that the alpha-exomethylene and p-chlorobenzoyl may be two potential pharmacological active groups with antifungal activities. (C) 2013 Elsevier Masson SAS.     A method for preparing a bis(alkoxysilylorgano)dicarboxylate includes reacting a haloorganoalkoxysilane, a dimetal salt of a dicarboxyl functional compound, and a phase transfer catalyst. A quaternary iminium compound of a polyaza, polycycloalkene is useful as the phase transfer catalyst. The product may be a bis(alkoxysilylalkyl)fumarate, which is useful as a coupling agent in rubber compositions for tire applications.

    A method for producing a reaction product comprising an ester-functional silane, the method comprising: i) reacting a composition comprising: a) a haloorganosilane, b) a metal salt of a carboxy-functional compound, c) a phase transfer catalyst comprising a bicyclic amidine, an iminium compound, or a mixture thereof, provided that the iminium compound is not an acyclic guanidinium compound or pyridinium compound, and d) a co-catalyst, provided that the co-catalyst is optional when the phase transfer catalyst comprises the iminium compound.

    The present invention provides a curable composition containing an organic polymer having a crosslinkable silicon group, the composition having sufficient usable life and having adhesive properties with respect to an adherend (substrate) that are equivalent to those of the case where aminosilane is included. The composition comprises: (A) a crosslinkable silicon group-containing organic polymer; and (B) a crosslinkable silicon group-containing compound that forms, by means of light, at least one type of amino group selected from the group consisting of primary amino groups and secondary amino groups. The crosslinkable silicon group-containing organic polymer (A) is preferably at least one type selected from the group consisting of crosslinkable silicon group-containing polyoxyalkylene polymers and crosslinkable silicon group-containing (meth)acrylic-based polymers.
