This binder phase consists of a homogenised mixture of anionic tensides and solubility enhancers in mutually adjusted proportions such that, at the working temperature for granulate formation, the binder mixing phase becomes liquid or plastic even without the addition of water.   (DE) Das Granulat wird hergestellt durch Granulieren eines feuchten pulverförmigen Gemisches aus einem pulverförmigen Bleichaktivator, einem pulverförmigen Granulierhilfsmittel und einer wäßrigen Lösung des gleichen und/oder eines anderen Granulierhilfsmittels oder einer wäßrigen Lösung anderer Wirksubstanzen von Wasch- oder Reinigungsmitteln oder Wasser mittels Agglomerieren der feuchten Partikel in einem Mischgranulator und darauf folgendem Trocknen der feuchten Granulate. Vor dem Trocknen der feuchten Granulate auf die gewünschte Restfeuchte führt man diese einem weiteren Apparat (Verrunder) zu und läßt sie dort aneinander und an der Wand und/oder am Boden des Verrunders abreiben und gleichzeitig so stark kompaktieren, daß die Granulate nach dem Trocknen ein Schüttgewicht von mindestens 580 g/l, insbesondere von mindestens 630 g/l aufweisen. Neben dem hohen Schüttgewicht zeigen die Granulate einen verbesserten Weißgrad sowie eine hohe Lagerstabilität bei Abmischung mit Bleichmittel und Alkalien enthaltenden Produkten.(EN) The granulate is made by granulating a damp powdered mixture of a powdered bleach activator, a powdered granulating agent and an aqueous solution thereof and/or of another granulating agent or an aqueous solution of other active substances of washing or cleaning agents or water by means of agglomerating the damp particles in a mixing granulator and subsequently drying the damp granulate. Before the damp granulate is dried to the desired residual humidity it is taken to another unit (a rounding machine) and caused to rub against one another and on the wall and/or the bottom of the rounding machine and at the same time become compacted to the extent where the granulates, after drying, have a powder density of at least 580 g/l and especially at least 630 g/1.
