    摘要:
    新系列的[1,3,4]噻二唑[3,2- a ]嘧啶,[1,3,4]噻二唑[2,3- b ]喹唑啉和嘧啶基[2,1- b ] [1,3已经通过分析和光谱法(IR,MS,1 H和13 C NMR)合成了对苯并噻唑并进行了表征。十六种合成化合物;即,图3a,b,图5a - ˚F,图8a,b,10,11A - Ç,和图13A,b进行了筛选针对的抗菌活性大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌和蜡状芽孢杆菌。发现它们对选定的微生物具有中等活性,轻微活性或无活性。还测试了这些化合物对白色念珠菌,烟曲霉293和黄曲霉3375的抗真菌活性。化合物11a对三种选定的真菌显示出有效的抗真菌活性。其余测试化合物显示出较弱的活性或完全没有活性。检查针对安帝感测活动的相同化合物紫色色杆菌ATCC 12472,其中化合物3a中,10,11a的和13a,b显示出有希望的活性。还通过盐水虾致死性生物测定法研究了这些化合物的体外细胞毒活性
