  摘要：

  本发明公开一种三(含氟烷基)磷酸酯及其制备方法。其制备方法以含氟醇和五氯化磷为原料，在惰性气体氛围下搅拌后升温至60‑100℃，搅拌反应4‑8h后停止，反应过程中所得酸性气体通过碱洗塔吸收处理；反应液泵至水解氧化釜，冷却至10‑20℃，通入氮气雾化水雾进行水解氧化，再通纯氮气，得到水解氧化液反应液；将所述水解氧化液反应液进行减压蒸馏，收集所对应的三(含氟烷基)磷酸酯的馏分，得到三(含氟烷基)磷酸酯。本发明通过氮气雾化水雾进行水解氧化，同时鼓出的氮气能够及时将反应产生的酸气吹出反应体系，有效避免了生成的磷酸酯产品再次水解，产生多余的副反应，实现了反应单一，杂质少，收率高，纯度高的目的。
