抗蠕虫药

由寄生人体的蠕虫感染所致的疾病称为蠕虫病。这些蠕虫主要包括绦虫、线虫和吸虫。据世界卫生组织(WHO)估计,全球约有近20亿人口受到蠕虫感染的影响,这严重威胁着人类的健康和社会经济的发展。

近年来,开发出了许多广谱、高效且安全的抗蠕虫药物,例如阿苯达唑和甲苯达唑,这些新药已经取代了传统的山道年和己雷琐辛等。吡喹酮对血吸虫病的治愈率可达90%以上,而乙胺嗪则是治疗丝虫病的有效药物。
