维生素B类药

维生素B(Vitamin B)也称为维他命B,是指一组相关的维生素,通常源自相同的食品来源,如酵母。早期人们认为维生素B是一种单一结构的有机化合物,类似于维生素C,但后来的研究揭示它实际上是一组具有不同化学结构的化合物,因此其成员有了各自的名字,例如维生素B1。此时,维生素B成为了一个总称,有时也被称作维生素B族、维生素B杂或维生素B复合群。

这些水溶性维生素协同作用,帮助调节新陈代谢,维护皮肤和肌肉健康,增强免疫系统和神经系统功能,并促进细胞生长与分裂(包括红血球的生成,预防贫血的发生)。
