    摘要:
    In the present study, we report the synthesis, physical chemistry and photochemical properties of trans-[RuCl([15]aneN(4))NO](2+) in physiological solution. The nitrosyl ruthenium species undergoes one-electron reduction in aqueous solution producing trans[RuCl([15]aneN(4))H2O](+) and nitric oxide (NO). The NO was also obtained with a laser flash-photolysis at 355 nm of trans[RuCl([15]aneN(4))NO](2+) in aqueous solution. The quantum yield for NO release was determined as 0.61+/-0.05 mol einstein(-1) (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
