Abstract Four half-sandwich cobaltcomplexes bearing pendant sulfur or oxygen ligands have been reported and tested as catalysts for olefin polymerization in the presence of MAO. The molecular structure of complexes 1 has been determined by X-ray crystallographic analysis.
