  摘要：

  A competitive immunoassay procedure for the screening of catalytic antibodies is reported. This screening approach (Cat EIA) is a modification of the well-known Cat-ELISA technique avoiding the substrate modification step. It has been developed for a bimolecular reaction and has been tested on a high number of hybridoma clones. The current study explores for the first time the utility and feasibility of this method for the early detection of catalytic antibodies. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
