    An aminoalkylthiosulfuric acid compound represented by formula (1): is produced. In step (A1), a hydrochloride of a chloroalkylamine compound represented by formula (2): is reacted with an alkali metal salt of thiosulfuric acid in the presence of 2 to 6 parts by weight of water with respect to 1 part by weight of the hydrochloride between 50° C. and 100° C. R 1 and R 2 each represents a hydrogen atom and the like, and n represents an integer of 2 to 9. In step (B1), a mixture of a solid containing the aminoalkylthiosulfuric acid compound and a liquid containing an alkali metal chloride is obtained by adjusting the temperature of the mixture of step (A1) to between −15° C. and 50° C. In step (C1), the aminoalkylthiosulfuric acid compound is obtained as solid by separating the solid containing the aminoalkylthiosulfuric acid compound and the liquid containing the alkali metal chloride from the mixture of (B1).

    A method for lowering the dynamic-to-static modulus ratio of vulcanized rubber, the method comprising a first step of kneading a rubber component, a filler and a compound represented by formula (I) or a salt thereof, a second step of kneading the kneaded mixture obtained in the first step, a sulfur component and a vulcanization accelerator, and a third step of thermally treating the kneaded mixture obtained in the second step, in formula (I), n represents an integer of 0 to 10. The compound represented by formula (I) or a salt thereof is preferably S-(3-aminopropyl)thiosulfuric acid or a salt thereof.

    A method for manufacturing a tire member, that improves various performances such as abrasion resistance, tear strength, fatigue resistance and the like of the tire member in good balance is provided. The method includes a step (A) for mixing at least a rubber component, a filler and a thiosulfuric acid compound containing an amino group, and a step (B) for mixing the mixture obtained by the step (A), a sulfur component, and a vulcanization accelerator, wherein the thiosulfuric acid compound containing an amino group is added in an amount of 0.2 parts by mass or more to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component in the step (A), and a temperature of the mixture during mixing is maintained within a range of from 145 to 170° C. for 20 seconds or more in the step (A).

    A process for producing an aminoalkylthiosulfuric acid compound represented by formula (1): wherein R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom and the like, and n represents an integer of 2 to 9, the process comprising the following steps (A1), (B1) and (C1) : (A1) a step of reacting a hydrochloride of a chloroalkylamine compound represented by formula (2): wherein R1, R2 and n are as defined above, with an alkali metal salt of thiosulfuric acid in the presence of from 2 parts by weight to 6 parts by weight of water with respect to 1 part by weight of the hydrochloride of the chloroalkylamine compound represented by formula (2) at between 50ºC and 100ºC, (B1) a step of obtaining a mixture of a solid containing the aminoalkylthiosulfuric acid compound represented by formula (1) and a liquid containing an alkali metal chloride by adjusting the temperature of the reaction mixture obtained in step (A1) to not lower than -15ºC and lower than 50ºC, (C1) a step of obtaining the aminoalkylthiosulfuric acid compound represented by formula (1) as solid by separating the solid containing the aminoalkylthiosulfuric acid compound represented by formula (1) and the liquid containing the alkali metal chloride from the mixture obtained in step (B1).
