  A series of lysine sulfonamide analogues bearing a Nepsilon-benzylic ureas was synthesized using both solution-phase and solid-phase approaches. A novel synthetic route of Nalpha-(alkyl)-Nalpha-(sulfonamides)lysinol using alpha-amino-caprolactam was developed.
