  Starting from Cp-2(Me)Si-Si(Me)Cp-2 1 the complexes X2Ti[(C5H4)(C5H4)(Me)Si-Si(Me)(C5H4)(C5H4)]TiX2 (X = Cl (2a); X - Me (3)) were synthesized. The compounds were characterized by means of their H-1- and C-13-n.m.r. and MS-spectra. The crystal structure of 2a . PhMe was determined.
