  A rare Pb(II) arene coordination polymer.[Pb(bimS)] (1; HbimSH = 2-mercaptobenzimidazole), has been solvothermally synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, XRD, TGA, PL(photoluminescene), and UV-vis diffuse reflective spectra.
