New Stable Titanocene and Zirconocene Catalyst Precursors for Polysilane Synthesis via Dehydrocoupling of Hydrosilanes
摘要:
The titanium land zirconium complexes (eta(5)-C5H5)(2)M(OAr)(2) (M = Ti, Zr; Ar = C6H5, p-MeOC(6)H(4), p-MeC(6)H(4), p-ClC6H4, p-CNC6H4) are shown to be convenient, stable precursors of dehydrocoupling catalysts. Their reactions with a primary silane, at 50 degrees C or below, generate active catalysts for RSiH(3) dehydrocoupling at 20 degrees C.
