Synthesis of micro-and nanocrystalline powders of alkali metaniobates and metatantalates
摘要:
Alkali metaniobates and metatantalates can be prepared by sintering stoichiometric mixtures of alkali nitrates and nobium or tantalum oxyhydroxides between 600 and 650 degrees C. The resultant powders consist of micron-sized particles. Nanopowders. of stoichiometric alkali metaniobates and metatantalates can be obtained via sol-gel processing under optimized conditions.
