用途 生产方法该品由苯甲醛经环合、水解、中和而得。具体步骤为:将碳酸氢铵及氰化钠溶液投入反应锅,在搅拌下滴入苯甲醛,75-80℃保温反应3小时,得苯乙内酰脲;抽入高压釜内,加氢氧化钠溶液,升温,将生成的氨气放空1小时,然后在130-160℃水解3小时。放料,加HCl中和至pH=6-7,离心甩干,得DL-2-苯基甘氨酸。还有乙醛酸路线,可降低生产成本,解决传统工艺原料毒性高的难题。
