    摘要描述了一种以嘌呤碱和2,2'-脱水-(1-β-d-阿拉伯呋喃糖基胞嘧啶)AraC-an为起始原料合成嘌呤d-阿拉伯糖核苷的方法。之所以选择AraC-an作为d-阿拉伯糖基供体的前体,是因为它比可顺序衍生自其的任何产品(即1-β-d-阿拉伯呋喃糖基胞嘧啶(AraC),1-β)更容易获得。 -d-阿拉伯呋喃糖基尿嘧啶(AraU)和α-d-呋喃糖基-1-磷酸盐(Ara f 1-P),ad-阿拉伯呋喃糖基供体。整个过程涉及四个反应。(a)将AraC-an在碱性pH下非对称水解为AraC,然后将其(b)用胞苷脱氨酶将其脱氨为核苷AraU,(c)将尿苷磷酸化酶磷酸化为Ara f 1-P,(d)使该酯与嘌呤碱反应,得到嘌呤d-阿拉伯糖核苷,该反应由嘌呤核苷磷酸化酶催化。所有四个反应均在原位发生,第一个和第二个顺序进行,而第三个和第四个则在一个步骤中合并。从大肠杆菌中纯化了三种酶催化剂。该方法的有效性
