  The first heterobimetallic trihydride complex containing ruthenium and iridium having C5Me5 groups as ancillary ligands was synthesized, and its structure was determined by X-ray Studies. The reactions of 3 with CH2=CH2 PhC=CMe, and PhC=CPh proceed site-selectively.
