  The crystal structure of a new complex, trans-[PdCl2(NH=CPh2-κN)2], shows an association of the two molecules via intermolecular N–H···Cl hydrogen bonds. The 1H NMR signal of the N–H hydrogen in CDCl3 changes its position depending on the concentration and temperature of the solution.
