  摘要：

  4'-(2-Thienyl)-2, 2'; 6', 2 ''-terpyridine (thioterpy) -1, 1 ''-diium chloride tetrachloridoaurate (III), [(H(2)thioterpy) Cl(AuCl4)] (1), was synthesized based on the potential pharmacophores of the 2, 2'; 6', 2 ''-terpyridine agents. Its antimicrobial and antifungal activity was tested in vitro for their growth inhibitory activities against pathogenic microorganism and fungi. The in vitro bioactivity evaluation of the similar compounds was investigated. Complex (1) had highest microbicidal and fungicidal activities against pathogenic agents rather than other same proton transfer compounds.
