  The preparations and structures of four new mixed chloro-tertiary phosphine complexes 1,3-5 of molybdenum(III) are reported, as well as the structure of two previously known Mo-III complexes 2, 6 and the structure of an [MoCl6](2-) compound 7. These results are discussed along with data for other such compounds.
