  摘要：

  Copper chromate and dichromate complexes with 2,2'-bipyridyl and 1,10-phenanthroline were synthesized and characterized (UV-vis, IR, FIR, ESR and thermal data). The coordination of the anion in the chromate complexes was proposed from the IR data. The ESR data for the powdered samples reflect both d(x2-y2) and d(z2) ground states for the copper ion whereas the glassy solution spectra exhibit only the former. The presence of the chromium(V) ion in the spectra of the complexes dissolved in the water-ethylene glycol mixture is discussed.
