    Ultrasound Assisted 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2] Octaniumdiacetate Multicomponent Synthesis of Benzodiazepines: A Novel, Highly Efficient and Green Protocol
    摘要:
    A simple and efficient method is presented for the synthesis of benzodiazepines through the multicomponent reaction of o-phenylenediamine, various aldehydes and 5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione (dimedone) in the presence of the acidic bis ionic liquid 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2] octanium diacetate under ultrasound irradiation. The ionic liquid used is recoverable and reusable. This procedure is simple and environmentally friendly, and offers easy work-up, mild conditions and excellent yield in a short reaction time. All of the synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, H-1 NMR, mass spectrometry and elemental analysis.

    摘要:
    A general synthetic route to dibenzoxanthenes has been developed using 1,4-diazaniumbicyclo[2.2.2]octane diacetate as a new bis ionic liquid under thermal and solvent free condition. This method provides several advantages such as a simple work-up, environmental friendliness and shorter reaction time along with high yields. All of the synthesized compounds were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, H-1 and C-13 spectroscopy and elemental analyses.

    A method for producing a (meth) acrylate comprises transesterification reaction of an alcohol and a monofunctional (meth) acrylate with catalysts in combination being cyclic tertiary amines having an azabicyclo structure and compounds containing zinc, separating a solid that contains the catalysts from a reaction product containing a (meth) acrylate, and producing a (meth) acrylate by transesterification reaction of an alcohol and a monofunctional (meth) acrylate, while using the recovered solid catalyst.
