  The extraction of ruthenium(III) by triazole derivatives from hydrochloric acid solutions has been studied. The extraction of ruthenium(III) is implemented by the ion-association mechanism. The composition of the extraction compound has been determined using electronic, H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, and IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis.
