  在二叔butylberyllium Dimethylberyllium溶解给予液体三聚体（卜吨BEME）3。制备的其他叔丁基铍烷基烷基和芳基是二聚物（Bu t BeR）2，R ＝ Et，邻甲苯基和对二甲苯基。环戊二烯基衍生物C 5 H 5 BeR（R = Bu t或C 6 F 5）是单体。卜的热解吨BER（R = Me中，Õ甲苯基，和米间-甲苯基），得到不溶于苯的氢化物，RBeH，其特征在于作为胺络合物。
