  Reactions of C-60 with iridium cyclo-octadiene dimers containing bridging alkoxide groups, Ir-2(OR)2(1)(1,5-COD)(2) (R = Me, Et, n-Pr, Ph), in a 1:1 mole ratio at ambient temperature produced brown solid materials.
