杀虫剂

杀虫剂是指能够毒杀危害农作物、果树、林木、蔬菜、仓贮和环境卫生的昆虫以及家畜、家禽体内外寄生虫的一类药剂的总称。

根据来源,杀虫剂可分为生物源和化学合成两大类。其中:

  • 生物源杀虫剂包括:
    • 从高等植物中提取的有效成分制剂,如天然除虫菊素、鱼藤酮等;
    • 利用微生物活体制成的杀虫剂,主要有真菌(如白僵菌)、细菌(芽孢杆菌)和病毒(如杀螟杆菌)三类;
    • 昆虫生理活性物质,如信息素。

化学合成杀虫剂主要包括:

  • 无机杀虫剂,例如白砒(As2O3)、氟硅酸钠(Na2SiF6)等;
  • 有机氯杀虫剂,包括氯丹、六六六、滴滴涕、毒杀芬等;
  • 有机磷杀虫剂,如敌敌畏、敌百虫、乐果、马拉硫磷、杀螟松等;
  • 氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂,例如西维因、速灭威等;
  • 拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂,包括氰戊菊酯、氯氰菊酯等。

这些药剂对害虫的毒杀作用主要通过以下方式实现:

  • 触杀药剂通过害虫表皮进入体内发挥作用,导致中毒死亡;
  • 胃毒药剂被害虫食用后通过肠胃吸收而致死;
  • 一些挥发性较强的熏蒸药物通过呼吸道进入害虫体内而致死;
  • 内吸药物首先被作物吸收并传导至整个植株,当害虫吸取或吞食时,导致中毒死亡。

例如,拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂有强烈的触杀作用;杀螟松和西维因兼具触杀与胃毒作用;乐果和1059等除了触杀外,还具有显著的内吸作用。使用杀虫剂作为防治害虫的一种现代化技术,具有方便、快速、高效及经济的优点。近年来,在除虫菊酯类低毒、对环境污染较小的品种外,微生物杀虫剂、昆虫生长调节剂和昆虫行为控制剂等新型产品也得到了广泛应用。

尽管杀虫剂对人体有生物活性,并可能对人、畜及其他动物造成不同程度的毒性(农药毒性),但其急性与慢性毒性差异显著。急性毒性通常在短时间内通过口服、皮肤接触或吸入高剂量药剂引起急性病理反应;而慢性毒性则涉及长期接触低剂量药剂后可能出现的致畸、基因突变和致癌风险。

部分有机氯杀虫剂会积累于人体内引发累积性中毒,而某些有机磷杀虫剂则具有迟发性神经毒性。这些残留的杀虫剂可能在一段时间内在农产品及环境中仍存在,并对人、畜或其他生物造成潜在危害。随着科技的进步,人们对杀虫剂毒性的认识不断深化,一些此前被认为“毒性不大”的品种也可能因发现其慢性毒性而被禁用淘汰。

因此,在研究与开发新型杀虫剂时,慢性毒性问题至关重要,成为判断已有品种能否继续使用的关键因素之一。
