替莫唑胺-d3(NSC 362856-d3)是标记的替莫唑胺,而替莫唑胺(NSC 362856)是一种口服活性DNA烷基化剂,能够穿过血脑屏障。它也是一种促自噬和促凋亡剂。由于肿瘤细胞中通常存在低平的O6-烷基鸟嘌呤DNA烷基转移酶(OGAT)和功能性错配修复系统,替莫唑胺对这些细胞有效。此外,替莫唑胺还具有抗肿瘤和抗血管生成的作用[1][2]。
