Chiral (α‐substituted) β‐hydroxy amides are interesting derivatives as they are useful building blocks of many biologically active compounds. Herein, the biocatalytic stereocontrolled synthesis of various acyclic syn‐α‐alkyl‐β‐hydroxy amides through a dynamic kinetic resolution is shown.
